New Beginner Only & Beginner/Intermediate Registration Packages!
Attending a weekend workshop is one of the best ways to immerse yourself in the Lindy Hop world, meet new people, and become part of our swing community. We want beginner to beginner/intermediate level dancers to attend Swingin’ At The Savoy, as we think it will be a great experience for them. To this extent, we recently added a Beginner Only track designed for people who are new to Lindy Hop. You can choose between a weekend pass, or pick the Saturday or Sunday passes, whatever fits your enthousiasm and budget.
NEW! By popular demand, we have added Saturday and Sunday packages for the Beginner/Intermediate track. This track includes Beginner and All Levels classes. Sign up before it sells out.
Refined Track Levels
We have refined our track levels. The Intermediate track is now Intermediate Plus, and the Full Pass Beginner track is now Beginner/Intermediate as it includes challenging all levels classes. We have added a Beginner Only Track that only includes beginner classes, along with the interview/talks and dances on the same day(s). Due to these changes, we may request that some dancers signed up for the Intermediate Track switch to Beginner/Intermediate, and some signed up for Advanced switch to Intermediate Plus. Thank you for your understanding.

Chester Whitmore!
And it just keeps getting better! We’ve just added Chester Whitmore to our instructors line-up. If you were at Swingin’ At The Savoy 2012, you know Chester Whitmore. If not, don’t miss this opportunity to meet one of the most skilled tap dancer, choreographer, and film maker, that never sleeps!

Watch this tribute to our beloved Ambassador of Lindy Hop, the late Frankie Manning (1914-2009). At Swingin’ At The Savoy, you will get to hear Norma Miller & Chazz Young (his son), talk about the beginnings of the dance, Frankie, Whitey’s Lindy Hoppers, and so much more… Come and discover the roots of Lindy Hop and some of the extraordinary people who have passed on this incredible gift onto you!

Our venue locations are now listed on the website to help you plan your trip.
The workshop classes on Saturday & Sunday will take place at Wednesday Night Hop Cheryl Burke Dance location. The Friday & Saturday evening dances will take place at the S.F.V. Lodge downtown Mountain View. The Friday & Saturday late night dances will take place at Wednesday Night Hop Cheryl Burke Dance location. The Sunday evening dance will take place at the For Dancers Only dance studio at the Sunnyvale Community Center.
